Sport and performance psychologist, Coach
I have been involved with dancing my whole life. I started to dance when I was a kid, later I started to coach and couple years ago I found what I like the most, sport psychology. I graduated from Sport psychology in Scotland and from that moment it became my biggest passion, hobby and a part of my life. Sport psychology is not only for athletes, it is also for parents and coaches and everyone who wants to enhance performance and be better self than the day before. I conduct group seminars and I can offer one on one sessions for dancers, coaches or parents. I teach techniques (pre-performance routines, goal setting, anxiety control, imagery, relaxation and many others) that can improve performance, training and also everyday life. I believe that when there is a balance between physical and mental aspects of sport discipline, every athlete can perform well while enjoying every second of it.
